DECREE
With the recent growth in the number of Orthodox church communities and missions of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia which celebrate the divine services in accordance with the Western Rite and are directly subject to the President of the Synod of Bishops, we hereby appoint the following clerics to assist us in the administration of these communities:
1. Dom James Deschene to assist in overseeing the Western Rite communities in the United States and Canada.
2. Hieromonk Michael Mansbridge- Wood to assist in overseeing the Western Rite communities in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

We are a stavropegial monastic community of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR) under the Omophorion of His Eminence, Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America and New York.
Where can a listing of these new Western Rite congregations be found? Any in Southern California?
St. Michael’s (AWRV) in Whittier California is an excellent parish. I think there are a couple of missions also in Southern California. One is Antiochian WR and the other is with ROCOR. If you want some contact information please email me.
